Fabbox: a mobile treasure trove of maker workshops

The call is closed.

Want to roll up your sleeves, create something new and nudge your creativity awake? Call up FabBox, a pocket-edition of a maker lab, for a visit to your organisation! We’ve created 18 different mentor-led workshops intended for teams of up to 8, and will enable 20 non-profit organisations to take part in a free FabBox workshop until April 2019.

Workshops are, on average, about three hours long, and are appropriate for various age groups: from younger participants taking part in your activities to well-versed adults, won’t only meet the challenges set by the workshop but skillfully upgrade them. Together, we’ll help you enrich your organisation’s programme, create a fun experience for your team and create useful items such as robots, sound systems, interactive lighting objects and, for example, shadow puppets. We’ll all come out richer for an educational experience and create new connections: all you have to do is provide the space and a coordinator, and leave the rest up to us. Have a look at the workshops below, apply using the provided form and challenge yourself with new technologies!
