Twinkling LED ornaments - no longer available :(

Workshop for adults and children (9+)

Unfortunately, this workshop is no longer available.

Introducing the holiday decorations that have it all: they’re mobile, wireless and make people get up on the dance floor! Participants of the workshop will create pulsating ornaments with in-built LED-lights that twinkle in rhythm.

You’ll get to know the basics of electronics and work with condensators, transistors, resistors and link them all with a microphone. The latter picks up sounds and lights up two LED lights each time they receive a signal. The basis of the ornament is constructed from CDs shaped using a laser cutter, to which you solder the circuit.

You’ll get to take your very own LED ornaments with you after the workshop is concluded.
