Fadim fiškin in Nuremberg

Within cultural exchange of the Second Chance project, Vadim Fiškin will present his work Tour en l’air at the OFFEN Auf AEG festival in Nuremberg. Tour en l’air is a spacious installation with helium filled star-shaped balloons floating simultaneously in the air, driven by a waltz of P.I. Tchaikovsky.

OFFEN Auf AEG Festival takes place between September 22 – 23, 2012 at the former AEG factory site in Nuremberg and presents all together 85 artists.


For the Second Chance cultural exchange internationally renowned artists including Konrad Smolenski, Marinella Senatore, Vadim Fiškin and Famed from the Second Chance partner cities - Krakow, Venice, Ljubljana and Leipzig - have been invited to present their works which would respond to the specific situation of the postindustrial area.

Artists based at the former factory site will present their latest works as part of the the exhibition Parcours II and their open studios.The festival will be spiced with the exhibition of the fine art students from Nuremberg BEAST - Kunst- und Kulturunternehmen, and design fair Frisches Design 2012.
