PUZZLE WITH MATEJ LAVRENČIČ

Creative Workshop for children and youth

Join us at our creative workshop at RogLab on Saturday, February 8, between 10 am and 1 pm, and create your own Puzzle. The workshop that will be lead by the illustrator and animator Matej Lavrenčič is aimed at children aged between 8 and 12 years.

The participants will create puzzle using their own designs and drawings that the mentor will help to digitalise (using a scanner or graphic tablet) and prepare for the laser cutter. The participants will learn about tools and new technologies, and at the end of the day they will take home their very own Puzzles in hand made and decorated boxes.

Due to the limited number of available spaces advance application is necessary. In the event of cancellation please notify us by Thursday, January 6, so that we can offer the position to another child. The participation is free, a snack will be provided.

The Workshop is organised in collaboration with Stripburger.

STRIPBURGER

Way back in 1992, the first – now already legendary – issue of this magazine was published. At first, it wanted to merge comics, photography, graphics, film and music. However, over the next few issues, Stripburger turned into a true comic magazine. From its very beginnings, it combined Slovenian authors with newly emerging international authors. Apart from publishing, Stripburger is also known for organising workshops, exhibitions, lectures and similar projects.
