Workshop for adults: robotic beetles - SOLD OUT!

ORGANISED AND PERFORMED BY ROGLAB

23.04.2019

UNFORTUNATELY, ALL SPACES AT THE WORKSHOP ARE TAKEN!

Join us for a fun workshop that will jolt your dormant creativity awake! On Tuesday 23 April from 5 pm to 8 pm we'll help you create a host of tiny electronic bugs that will scuttle about as you get to know the basics of mechanics and electronics.

You’ll create simple robots that move around on two motorised legs whose vibrations help the robotic critter to go on its merry way. By adding cables, using a screwdriver, soldering and combining different components you will learn about the electric current, see how an engine works, and learn about basic electronics. You’ll create a custom shell for your beetle with a laser cutter.

You’ll get to take your very own robotic beetle home with you after the workshop is concluded.
