Using a 3D-printer, we can transform things from a 2D reality into tangible objects. But how does the process work in reverse? We'll put our 3D scanner to the test and help solve any practical questions our participants may have along the way.
The EinScan-SE 3D scanner has a resolution of up to 0,1 mm and enables two modes of scanning: fixed and automatic. The automatic mode permits scanning of objects with a volume up to 200 mm3, and the fixed mode up to 700 mm3. Since scanning takes place by projecting light rays onto the scanned object, the latter can’t be either too dark or too reflective.
